Fine Food Direct ships all orders within 48 hours of order payment. In order to provide you with the lowest freight charges we utilise the combined services of Australia Post, Fastway Couriers and TNT Express Australia.

It is usual for deliveries to be made with one to three days following receipt and payment of your order. If you have not received your order, or should you wish to receive an update on the status of your order please do not hesitate to contact us at info@finefooddirect.com.au and we will trace the current location.

All courier deliveries (Fastway & TNT) will require a signature to deliver your order unless we receive specific instructions to leave goods without acknowledgement. In such cases, Fine Food Direct accepts no liability for misplaced deliveries.

All shipping charge calculations are based on weight of products to be shipped.
